Driven by creating impact on an individual level, Ramsey taught middle school and high school math in downtown Dallas, Texas. Establishing himself as a member of the community, he spent five years founding and building school programs ranging from Cross Country, Track, Soccer, Chess Club, Creative Writing, Competitive Math, Video Game Club, to Computer Coding.
Ramsey spearheaded an initiative to secure funding from the Texas state government to increase pay across Uplift Education for the most effective teachers in the district, increasing annual retention of the highest performing instructors.
Ramsey has a Master’s in Education from Southern Methodist University.
